Easier is a month long experiment in the cultivation of greater ease and joy. We are going to spend a month intentionally and collectively expanding the field of ease, through gentle reminders and prompts in your inbox each week day for a month (5 days on, 2 days off, etc. for 4 weeks). Pick the way you play: you can either read or listen to/watch the audio/video for each days content, content will be anywhere from 5 - 15min per day maximum for easy integration into your life.
